h5rsn Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the h5rsn Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met for the duration of your use of the Platform.

• You are an individual natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. h5rsn enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with the protective standards adopted for the Indonesian player community. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any h5rsn service.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the h5rsn Platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of h5rsn, nor are you a close family member of any such individual, where "close family member" includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings.
• You are not self-excluded or on any exclusion list maintained by h5rsn pursuant to a prior responsible gaming request.

To access the h5rsn Platform's full feature set — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK as shown on your KTP), valid email address, and preferred contact number. You must not register using a false identity, a name other than your own, or details belonging to another person.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on h5rsn at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be subject to review and forfeiture.

• Your account credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify h5rsn support immediately at [email protected].
• h5rsn recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.
• h5rsn reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any time for any reason consistent with these Terms.

h5rsn is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may also be requested at other times at h5rsn's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and NIK.
• A photograph of yourself holding your KTP (selfie verification).
• Proof of your active payment method — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your account name and number, or confirmation from your GoPay, OVO, or DANA e-wallet account.
• Additional documentation may be requested in cases involving high transaction volumes or where AML screening flags a review requirement.

h5rsn will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the verified name on your account. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

h5rsn accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits may be made via the following methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Additional payment methods may be added or removed at h5rsn's discretion. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation of receipt by h5rsn. For bank transfers, this typically occurs within 1–5 minutes of a successful transfer during normal banking hours. For e-wallet deposits, crediting is generally near-instantaneous. h5rsn is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems or e-wallet providers.

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposited amount is permitted. This is a standard anti-money-laundering turnover condition and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified h5rsn account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until their associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• h5rsn reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal processing targets are as follows: the vast majority of approved withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals depend on the receiving bank's processing schedule; in rare cases, inter-bank transfers to BRI or BNI may take up to 3 banking hours outside of normal business hours. h5rsn does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions.

h5rsn reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, h5rsn will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

h5rsn offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Each bonus carries a stated Wagering Requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x the bonus amount). You must complete this wagering before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Minimum odds and eligible game categories for bonus wagering are specified per promotion. Bets placed on games or markets excluded from the promotion do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Duplicate account registrations for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• h5rsn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using bonus funds contrary to stated restrictions, or coordinated wagering to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the h5rsn Platform are governed by the specific game or market rules applicable to that product, as well as the following general betting conditions:

• Bets are final once confirmed through the Platform interface. h5rsn does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in accordance with specific market void rules.
• h5rsn reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a disagreement over the result of a sporting event, h5rsn's settlement decision — based on official data sources including BRI Liga 1 official results and internationally recognized sports data providers — is final.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet, per event, and per day are applied. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and within the platform's betting rules documentation.
• For casino games, each game's published RTP and rules as defined by the originating studio apply. h5rsn does not modify game logic or outcomes.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at h5rsn's discretion, particularly in cases of delayed data feeds or event interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h5rsn Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by h5rsn.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are not withdrawable and may be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multi-player table games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including structured wagering patterns designed to reduce risk to below the normal threshold of gambling while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent or syndicate member.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymization services where this is done to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing h5rsn customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the h5rsn Platform — including but not limited to the h5rsn brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of h5rsn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from h5rsn.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use h5rsn's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5rsn's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your h5rsn account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h5rsn expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond h5rsn's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information or content displayed on the Platform, including odds data, statistics, or game descriptions.

h5rsn collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and KYC verification for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement. All data handling practices are set out in full in the h5rsn Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account, you consent to h5rsn processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to h5rsn's legal obligations to retain certain records for AML compliance purposes.

h5rsn uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform and does not share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by h5rsn for legitimate operational purposes (such as KYC verification providers and payment processors) under appropriate data-processing agreements.

h5rsn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum loss you are willing to sustain in a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your h5rsn account if you believe gambling is negatively impacting your life. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period and cannot be undone during that period.

Either party may terminate the player–platform relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting h5rsn support and requesting account closure. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period following account closure.

h5rsn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• h5rsn has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• You have not logged into your account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account). h5rsn will attempt to notify you before applying an inactivity closure.
• h5rsn is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), h5rsn reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings and, where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, to withhold and report real-money balances to the relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of h5rsn as a licensed and regulated international platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or account decision, you should first contact h5rsn support in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. h5rsn will respond to formal written disputes within five (5) business days.

h5rsn's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility — where made in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules — are final. h5rsn will consider all disputes raised in good faith and will apply its dispute resolution procedure fairly and consistently.
